How it works

From “I need to send this” to delivered, in three steps.

  1. 01

    Set pickup and drop-off

Search any address or drop a pin on the map. You see the price before you book, so there are no surprises at the door.

  2. 02

    A verified rider accepts

Nearby riders are offered your job the moment you book. Every rider is NIN-verified before their first delivery.

  3. 03

Track it, then hand over with a PIN

Follow your package live. Your receiver gives the rider a 4-digit PIN, so it only ever goes to the right person.

Why 9jaSend

Everything a delivery should be. Nothing it shouldn’t.

Live tracking, from pickup to your door.

Watch your rider move on the map, and get a notification at every step: accepted, collected, arriving, delivered.

PIN-protected handover

Two 4-digit PINs, one at pickup and one at drop-off, so your package only changes hands with the right people.

Pay your way

Card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack, or cash when it arrives.

The price, before you book

Fares come from the real road distance. The price you see is the price you pay.

Handled with care

Mark a package as fragile and your rider knows before they accept the job.

Refunded if no rider comes

If no rider takes your order in time, it is cancelled and card payments are refunded automatically.

For business

Dependable delivery for the businesses that keep Nigeria moving.

From a boutique on Instagram to a pharmacy with a queue of orders, 9jaSend gets your products to customers without you hiring a single rider.

  • Book as many deliveries as you need, whenever you need them.
  • Every order tracked live and closed with the receiver's PIN.
  • Clear pricing on every job, and a history of every delivery.
  • Card, transfer and USSD for you, or cash on delivery for your customers.
